i really like this design concept! i would definitely like to have one of these! the shape i feel could be pushed a bit further to have different closing, other than that i like the mechanism and the way the jewelry is stored in sections which allows for hanging and sittnig jewelry storage! good job!
The mechanism to allow the opening of the 'moon-flower' is the best feature there. Perhaps the form of the model can be different, maybe more eclipse/ovally instead of round sphere, then this may resemble more of flower.
I love this product and how elegant it is, the way it can hide away tiny precious pieces of jewelery and look amazing at the same time. one improvement that this product could make though is perhaps having a little stand at the bottom to support it when it's closed.
I like the fact that at first it doesnt seem what it is, but then it bursts open like a flower and gives you a real humanised purpose of function! thought i think the finish or material could of been different like a wood of some sort but overall good thinking =D
